During the very first meeting of the partnership all representatives of the partner countries (Bulgarien, Germany, Finland, Italy, Lithuania, Norway and Poland) presented their institutions. Participants learnt more about each other and discovered a few aspects of cultural life in Bavaria.

The Mayor of Olching gave information about the city and its history and challenges.

After a review of the partnership aims they decided on the next steps to be done.

A logo was created and a communication platform installed.

It was decided to start - as announced in the application form - with a text of Philippe Delerm´s book "The Small Pleasures of Life".

The selected text was "The Smell of Apples".

Results were shared at the next meeting in Lithuania.
